As many of you know we get tracked all overthe net by cookies, as some of you may know IE6 allows a fair amount of cookie control. I have started a list of cookie sites to block please add your should be blocked sited to the list.
Are they a tracking /marketing company that sends you junkmail you don't want or sells your info ? then add them to the list.

here is an example cookie you would open in notepad
VID0SsH_s3iUI3nlist.ru/1024385910899849486632369644249649464174*

the "list.ru" is the site that put the cookie there and reads. if you want to go to their site and see what they are about you could type http://list.ru in you webbrowser
also many sites use adresses like find.list.ru the find. part is not relavent when blocking the cookie in IE6.

Now here is The BIG List.

ad-flow.com
clickagents.com
counted.com
doubleclick.net
fastclick.net
hitbox.com
humanclick.com
paycounter.com
qksrv.net
sextracker.com
spylog.com
valueclick.com
xxxcounter.com

I like this idea.  I hope people contribute to it.

Also, if you click on the eye with the line through it at the bottom of your browser each time it blocks cookies, it will give you a list of stuff it blocked.

I figured people reading this thread might be interested in a little compilation I found a while back.  I've added some of my own hated ad sites to this file.  It's a registry file which blocks ads from god knows how many 'services'.  Just double click it and the info is imported into the registry as IE privacy settings.
adbuster.reg

edit:  Jasper, I don't think this blocks any of ours; )
