I would guess you need to check the "Daylight Savings Time" Box to push it back by an hour.
I have however noticed that the clock appears to be about 10 minutes out. I first caught it at 23:50(ish) when I had posted at 23:45 it showed the (still today's) date instead of "5 Minutes Ago" I just double checked it just now and it still shows 10 minutes difference between GMT and the reported time.

Yeah, have double checked and it's fine. My problem was that my PDA is kept 10 minutes fast (so I don't miss apointments) and in order to synchronise it - it pushed my PC time 10 minutes faster.

True, but it's easier to put in 2 (hours before) instead of 130 (minutes before) on the up/down scrolly thing. Having 10 minutes in hand also makes it easier to catch train connections on the way to appointment as well.
