Is it possible to get Doom  1/2 or Wolfenstein 3D to run in OSX?

DOOM Legacy for Mac.

Is that what you are looking for? Never tried it myself.

Yes, and both are open source so you can re-compile for OSX anyway.
You can also get quake 1-3 under the same arrangement.

There also Doomsday. Does similar stuff to Doom Legacy. Has a binary available ready to go for OS X.

You need to provide the original WAD files, and it does allow user created mods as well.
