Computex 08: Small Mobo from ECS
At the ongoing "Computex 2008" event, Elitegroup Computer Systems (ECS) has unveiled the 945GCT-D motherboard that embeds an Intel Atom processor, claimed to be the smallest processor in the world.
...
Intended to satisfy a wide range of home applications, the 945GCT-D motherboard is derived from a Mini-DTX design, which is not only a perfect match for home devices but also compatible with current ATX and Micro-ATX PC cases, says ECS.
...

Note: From the photo, this appears to be different from the Unidentified Mini-DTX G45 board posted by pipperoni. Besides, he posted in the wrong forum. Neener neener.

Intel ATOM CPU, 1.6 GHz
i945GC + ICH7 chipset
PCI slot + PCI-E x1 slot.
24 pin ATX power connector.
Only 2 - SATA ports.
2 - RAM slots DDR2-400/533

rear panel: mouse, keyboard, 4 - USB, LAN, audio, VGA, 1 - serial port

It looks like passive cooling on both the CPU and the chipset.

I don't have any actual information, but I'll pop a guess of under US$ 100. It's got pretty much the same features as all the other Atom boards. Compared to the mini-ITX versions, it's got a second RAM slot and the PCI-e x1 slot. Otherwise, Intel does not allow manufacturers to add anything like a gigabit LAN port.
