Only one I know of currently is the DFI 790GX-M2RS:

The 790GX is the AMD 780G's successor and comes w/ RAID5 support (which is probably useless because it's really software RAID :-)

Hmmm, I found an article listing a number of 790GX boards, but all of them appear to be full ATX:
