still use a 220M and a 210P.

I used to replace the two PSU with modified ATX ones

220M
P4 540J (3.2 ghz)
Thermalright XP 120 + noiseblocker SX1
2 X 1go ddr 400
FX 5600 gt fanless
Maxtor 300 go SATA (AAM activated)
Card reader
Vista home premium
-> I use it as a portable media center with a DIY videoprojector, and for mixing videos with virtual DJ pro (with a XP dual boot).
It's a quiet SFF box.

210P
Sempron 754 3000+
Thermalright SLK-947U (if I well remember) + noisebloker SE2 + noiseblocker S2 in the rear of the case
2 X 1go ddr 400 (but only one memory is present thought the bios, I know there's a bios upgrade that fix it, but I don't understand how to do the job ... if you can help ... tell me).
Maxtor 250 go SATA
Card reader
PCI sound card
XP pro
-> I use it for djing with mixvibes DVS, two turntables and timecode vinyls

Notice, I'm still using my Solteks Qbics too (2x 3401 and one 3501), plus 2 Sugos (SG01= G965 and SG01E= G33), 2 mini itx cube cases (via and FIC P4), 1 antec ARIA (G945), a CF-S868 e-cube (modded with a mini ITX P4 mainboard), an Advance ThinkBook (with a 423 socket µATX mainboard !), a Fusion Diva (with a µATX socket 7 mainboard + amd K6 500).
That's all for SFF cases (looking for two other cases to put a µATX socket A mainbord, and a µATX slot 1 mainbord)

For my home media center, I use a silverstone LC 16M.

Pics if you're interested ;-)
Sorry for my english.

My IDEQ 200V has just R.I.P. Sad due to failing CPU fan... I noticed it due to system alert. It took some weeks to get a replacement & time to put it in, but very surprisingly after doing that the unit is a dead brick... I would welcome any suggestions about what else to check, as I would  like to have it back to life.
The system worked great for 4.5 yrs, onaly having to put a bigger disk & RAM to keep up with demands.

IDEQ 200V  KM400A-8237 mobo.
AMP Sempron 1.5 GHz
2 GB RAM
Dual boot Windows XP Pro + RHEL 4

My systems symptoms: power-on led light briefly, fans start to turn, last one or two seconds, then everything dies. PS issue ?

Hi, dramirez -

That'd be my 1st guess - if you have another PSU you can rig up next to the machine and snake the power cables into it to test, that's the least complicated approach.

Secondarily, that sure sounds like a symptom of it not thinking the CPU is seated or cooled correctly - if you can, doublecheck the CPU goo, fan and heatsink.  Are you sure your CPU isn't dead as a result of the failing fan?

Finally, I know the 200N's had a habit of seeming to brick themselves though I've never heard of it with the 200V. There are some gymnastics you can do with the "clear cmos" jumper and power button to kick-start it - you can search this forum for more details and try to adapt it to your rig, but it doesn't seem to me that a problem with the nVidia chipset would appear on a VIA chipset as well... just grasping at straws here...

I was using my 200P every day until a couple of weeks ago until it got taken out by a lightning surge. (see my other post). I did replace the power supply on it once and the motherboard on it once under warranty. Otherwise it has been a great machine.

Yeah I just got mine up and running again but this time as an HTPC.  It's pretty cool to see 15% CPU usage while playing HD video.  Now my goal is to make it near silent.
