Any 90mm Fan will work, connected to normal FAN-1 or FAN-2, what you really need is a Pulse Fan (PVM).

What shuttle are you running?

I have a SK22G2 so may be slightly different

There are 4 pins for the fan slot on the motherboard, although normal fans can fit. Pulse PVM (As I understand) are quieter and can be controlled better within XPC tools. Again all I did was put a  90mm fan inside the ICE container and plugged it in normally. Cheesy

The one I bought was a a 90mm Termaltake fan, must say it works very well. Looking at a picture of your shuttle I would also guess it was a 90mm. Really 2mm shouldn't make too much of a big difference....
