Push Pull on SN85G4 v2, Possible?

Hi guys i read about this push pull mod that can be done on some shuttle xpc, is it possible to do it on mine? (title)

If is possible could you link for me a nice guide with photos possibly (it doesn't have to be necessarely a SN85G4 v2). As this is my first mod i will need some help ^^
