how to connect a computer mic to a speaker in such a way that if i speak into it voice comes out of the speakers.

Hm, I guess it depends on how your computer is set up. Do you have mic in line? If you have that plus an audio line in and out and you hook up the speakers to audio out you should be good to go. You might also have to go to audio properties on your computer and make sure to have a check on microphone, and set the volume rather low. I remember having had difficulties with getting microphone and speakers set up correctly in the past but for some reason it always worked with headphones so at least that way I could hear what I was doing and recording.
