Processor
Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 2.4GHz 1066MHz FSB 4MB L2

Memory
2GB (1GB x 2) Crucial Ballistix PC2-5300 667MHz DDR2 Dual-channel


Got everything popped in.  Mobo fires up and whirs all the fans and lights the lights, but no optical drive or HD power.  Nothing comes up on the screen...  What would be my next step?
