SFC on Lian Li Q08A and Gigabyte iTX USB3

I was thinking of building a new system using this:
Intel i7 860
GIGABYTE GA-H55N-USB3 LGA 1156 Intel H55 HDMI USB 3.0 Mini ITX Intel Motherboard
LIAN LI PC-Q08A Silver Aluminum Mini-ITX Tower Computer Case
8GB Memory
2TB Western Digital Black Caviar or the Samsung F3... cheaper
Power Color 5770
600 Watt 80 certified Enermax
Can you use the i7 920 in this mobo? I know in theory it can but not sure if it will cause problems for the mobo. This mobo is so small.... can a Radeon ATI 5770 works.. won't it have insufficient power?? or even the CPU i7 860? Strangely the manufacturer says it supports the 5770 and i7 860..... anyone explain.
