Here at Sudhian we see everyday, a large number of you who browse the site, but who dont join as a member.
Are we lacking something onsite that youre interested in?
Would certain changes or features encourage you to join the site?
Is it more a matter that you are leary of joining sites, afraid of reactions?
Is there anything we could do to make the new member experience easier or better?

Our  hope is you will communicate with us, and let us know whats preventing  you from joining, and its your chance to be able to invest in this site  and help it grow.
Heres your chance to get involved and be proactive rather than remaining a lurker.

This  site began as Viahardware.com a small message board over at  Firingsquad.com, but thru the active new members who joined at that  time, the site grew into a huge well known website, that eventually  became Sudhian.com

Why not help us grow this site just as its predecessors did and help us shape its future.

The forum isn't very active in some departments and the active members seem to be rather low. Not that it's worthless, certainly not, but to have a growing forum, it needs to have an increased amount of regulars engaging in conversation and discussion.

Forums go thru transitions, changes in ownership and changes in focus.
Alot of regulars tend to leave when large changes occur and this site has been thru many changes over its life from Viahardware.com to Sudhian/SFF.com

Trends today are also different as you dont have the same attitudes towards being involved in online communities.

If we can increase discussion a bit here I think things will come around and certainly if any of the present members have friends, invite them over to the site to join and add to the discussion.

Your right in your assumption same thing happens in other form were I visit most all have those up and downs , it just more noticeable on smaller forms than some of the larger ones

Adding some writers and doing some good articles/reviews and maybe tightening the focus on site might draw more people.

It helps when the mods and staff also post more to encourage discussion.

Some version of this poll post needs to make it to the front page if we want it to be more effective.

Once I seperate myself from a few forums Ill do some contacting by email to see if anyone might want to visit here.

Thank you for the welcome back, I joined this forum when it was VIAhardware trying to get knowledge on a VIA board, trial and error back then and I have learnt alot since then. So this forum is quiet these days and what direction is it headed.

Who runs it now?.
