My gut feeling says this could be true what he says that there are forces trying to change regime, as we have seen in allot of country's in the middle east, as we heard in the media Bashar al-Assad, kills his own people to get control, snipers killing people, which seems like random cases, causing chaos and so on.
In Bashar al-Assad own words, which he gave in an tv interview; only a mad-man would give orders to kill his own people, which I believe because then you shoot yourself in your own foot. So it really wouldn't suprise me 1 bit if what he says got some truth.
