SH67H3, how 'hot' of a video card can it handle ?

prefer nVidea based cards, how 'hot' of a card will the SH67H3 handle as in PSU required by card, since most require more than 300 watt PSU?
Not a gamer, but want fast smooth video playback of mostly .AVI files.

if you are not into gaming the, the reality is that the built in graphics should suffice, whats your current spec on this shuttle
