Many thanks to you folks for all the help you have given me in the past few weeks. I built my first PC and had a million questions. Some of them I actually figured out myself but most were answered by you guys. All is working well now and I'll keep dropping by just to see what's going on. Who knows, maybe I can help some other newbee sometime.

Always happy to help a fellow New Yorker and thats my hope with all new members eventually.
That they will return the favor and help others with problems when they can.The moderators are getting majorly outnumbered by the membership so it will take help from the membership to help solve problems in the many threads we see onsite to keep up.Thats what makes forums so great, the community feel and cooperation.
Its been a pleasure and I appreciate the help of all members in keeping this site as open and friendly as possible, thanks CC

Do I have to be a New Yorker to get in on this? I live a few hours NW of NYC on the Thruway, is that close enough?

Please, Nooyawkah, keep coming back to visit us. The things you learned will need to be passed on to a new generation of VIA owners.

Nah! you can be in on this George.I was born in Queens but lived in Westbury,Long Island/Brooklyn/New Brunswick,NJ and Hartford,Conn. so its close enough.
Maybe we should have a Nooyawkah club for those who have or do live in the area.I live in Virginia now but you would be amazed how many people down here are former NY residents. Its just like being back home and they drive the same way also, thanks
