Any Users outhere With one of these or simular Epox MB's have any success with the patches, I have tried them using 98se and 98me with no change whats so ever except that my RCA Lan card didnt work with it installed, But I never really had any problems, I mainly tried them because I was using a Adaptec U160 controller and the drives capped at 28Mps when there rated to around 60Mps.
The story now is Ive dropped the SCSI drives and have gone to use the onboard HP370A raid since XP has such bad programming in the SCSI department.

Now running XP and a pair of Maxtor Plus9's raid 0 I get about 70MPS using ATTO and dont know if this is a relative speed for the setup.
Im asking because I dont want to try any of them and have to spend alot of time reinstalling XP again from a trashed raid.
Ive spent weeks as it is tracking down a intermittent problem with a ramstick.
All is fine I guess but if things can be improved with a little effort it would help.
