For those who are interested, I emailed DOS Computers last Wednesday about backplates.  Got a reply today and it seems that the ATX back plate isn't included with the board - something to consider if you were going to put one in an off-the-shelf case.  Seems a shame, since the ports aren't in a standard location, but I guess Jetway did make the boards to sell in their MiniQ systems.
