I'm going to upgrade my SS50 with the FS51 motherboard (if I can find one).  This will leave me with my old FS50 motherboard.  I'm looking for any suggestions on a case for the FS50.  Will any Flex ATX case do the trick?

Why?

Currently I have the Powercolor PCI Radeon 9000.  I've spent many agonizing hours trying to figure out a puzzling problem.  When the 9000 is installed, the audio is choppy and stutters.  In games and while playing DVDs.  Basically any sound that comes out of the onboard audio is munged.  When I take the 9000 out and go back to the onboard vga, audio is fine.  I've gone through countless iterations of disabling the SiS video in XP, in the BIOS, clean driver installs, running with minimal hardware, swapping RAM, different OS's, etc to no avail.   Plus I'd like to move on to a AGP video solution.

If anyone has any ideas on this as well, I'd love to hear it!

Thanks!!

I'd be interested too. Since I did my upgrading the SS50 article to a heatpipe and FS51, I have an extra FS50 just sitting around.

Jasper, thanks for your article!  It's what inspired me to look into upgrading my ss50.   I might just relegate the ss50 to light e-mail and web surfing duties and pick up one of the new Shuttle XPC's.  I just happen to really like the looks of the SS50.  Decisions, decisions.

Thanks again.
