OK -- Here is what I found so far regarding dc-dc converters for the EPIA mini-itx

1) 12V DC-DC converter at http://linitx.com, a british web site, cost is £45.83 inc VAT.
This converter is used in the LEX system, not sure if it is compatible with mini-itx'

2) PW-60, 12V 60Watt DC-DC converter at http://www.mini-box.com/PW-60.htm cost is $49.
This power supply is rather ingenous at saving space. It plug directly into the EPIA-800, EPIA-V or EPIA-V and it even fits the mini-itx screw holes.
For EPIA-M you will need an ATX extension cable.

4) 12V DC-DC 60Watt converter at http://www.dc2dc.com. Cost is $39 but the desgin is not as nice as the PW-60 from mini-box.com.
It requires usual bulky ATX connector and the board is slightly bigger.

All DC-DC converters use the same power plug, a standard 2.5mm power jack.

If you know of any converters, please post...

Enjoy.

I think you covered the ones I know about.

The PW 60 is by far the nicest board - but also the most expensive!

The LEX board does work with mini-iTX stuff.
