I'm desperately trying to get information about the gap between shuttle case cover & graphics card for an adapter myself and a friend are developing.

The idea is to have a 60 - 40mm adapter which you can mount on your graphics card that blows directly out of the case.

Please if you are interested having something like this, or seeing one developed please post some info.

I need to know the clearance distance from shuttle pcb to case side.  This will probably be roughly the same, but may be just mm different in many cases.  What ever card you have measure as accurately as you can the distance from your pcb to case side - please not how you measured so I can judge how accurate you measure is.

Basically we have a concept design in the works that is made from aluminium & fits onto the graphics card core, and then expands to a 60mm square in a funnel shape.  It is designed to allow any 60x60x20mm fan to attach to it, and the other end attaches over the graphics card core.

This test piece is currently 10mm thick from 60 --> 40mm.  In total including the fan the piece comes to 30mm which is just slightly to big when connecting to my radeon 9500 Pro (connect 3d) card.

All help and input is appreciated.
