There's an option in the bios to lock the agp to a specific speed or to use AUTO. I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work. I'll test it when I get another vid card.
Is there a way to lock the PCI as well? If not, it sounds like the PCI speed would be way out of spec if the FSB is at 200.
*edit* what I meant to say is: it's cool that you can lock the AGP, so having an AGP card and running at 200 FSB sounds possible, but now I'm wondering if you have to sacrifice your PCI slot to make it work. Let me know, thanks!
