I run my Console client with the -verbosity 7 and - forceasm tags...

I notice in the how-to seen here they also use the: -local and -advmethods tags...  are there benefits to doing this?  Any other tags I should be aware of and add to mine?

-forceasm tells the client to use the 3DNow/SSE core.
-advmethods tells the client to get the new WUs (Gromacs) if possible.
I never used -local.
