Just ordered a 200N from newegg and i was hoping to get some feedback on whether or not i would be overloading my system with the following

athlon xp 1800+
2x256 mb crucial 2100
1 maxtor 40gb
1 WD 120 gb
1 DVD+RW drive
ati all in wonder 7500 in the agp slot
soundblaster audigy mp3 in the pci slot

i don't plan on doing any overclocking, but i can't afford any random reboots.
