Ok, I have built PC's for years and now I have encountered a problem I cannot solve. Get this:

I cannot connect to ANY online games. Including UT2k3 and 4 (demo), Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy, RTCW, ET, and COD. There is NO response from the master server. Also my All Seeing Eye is not finding anything, all pinging 9999's.

I have not installed anything but KOTOR which is a single. All the of the master servers for these games cannot be down at once. I have restarted my cable modem 10 times, rebooted, disabled and reenabled the network card in windows. I can browse the net with IE, open ITunes and anything else that requires an internet connection EXCEPT online games. Is this even possible?

Linksys BEFW11S4
Using Toshiba Cable modem from my cable company
Tiny Personal Firewall

Mind you this was working TWO NIGHTS ago. I find it hard to belive that the internet can still work and ONLY online games can somehow not work. I've scanned with Ad Aware, SpyBot, and AVG Anti-Virus. No problems found. I disabled the Firewall. No joy.

Thoughts?

Sounds like Tiny is blocking something for some unknown reason.  I'd try turning off Tiny and try again.  It's entirely possible it learned a rule that now blocks anything outside of the normal temp ports.  Most games operate above port 5000, so it's entirely possible that Tiny is blocking all those ports too.  Heck, my firewall is tweaked that way on purpose and I have to punch holes for specific games on specific ports myself, so I know that it's entirely possible that you're encountering the same thing.
