I think my fan died on my TI 4800 Geforce 4 video card. I need help finding a replacement fan or fan/heatsink. The card is going in a Shuttle. I know this sounds stupid to most people here, but I am just overwhelmed by all the variation in fans and heatsinks and want to make sure I get the right one.

Here is my exact video card:

Thanks!

I don't know much about the Geforce4 line of cards, but I can point you in the direction of http://www.silentpcreview.com/

They have a forum dedicated to cool and quiet VGA cooling. I am sure someone in there has had similar experiences.

Since this card has to fit the tiny confines of a Shuttle maybe someone in our SFF forum could help?

Check out one of these http://www.titan-cd.com/english/vga.asp as they are low in profile and should be ok in a sff

I'm not 100% sure but I think that the Thermaltake Geforce4 cooler will fit inside a Shuttle. Just do a quick search and I'm sure you'll find threads where this has been talked about...
