I have the via eipia mini-itx mobo, but I can seem to get the processor to show 800mhz.

Instead its showing 533mhz (4x133 ) on boot up. In the bios I don't see a way to change it.

Anyone know?? I don't have the manual unfortunately.

Did you get the 533mhz (Epia 5000) instead of the C3 800mhz?

Sounds like you have the EPIA 5000. Does it have fan on the CPU (800MHz) or does it have a large black heatsink without a fan (EPIA 5000)?

Has a large black HS without a fan. So I guess I don't have the 800mhz version.

What a snake. This guy who sold it to me said it was the 800mhz version.

Is there anyway to connect front USB ports to this mobo? I don't see any pin headers on the mobo so I guess not.

thx.

If its the EPIA 5000, there's a little 8-pin connector "J9" between the green heatsink and the PCI slot. That should let you access USB ports 2 and 3 (it says here). But the manual mentions something about it being non-standard. Maybe its an unusual size or something, dunno. Maybe the pinout is available online somewhere.

Yes, the USB headers on the mobo or the 5000 & 800 are a non-standard size!
