Recently got a 200T, installed XP Pro SP2 RC1, but when I shut it down, it hits the "Safe to turn off" screen, instead of automatically powering off.

I flashed my bios to the latest version on the Biostar website but still the same. Installed the chipset drivers from the CD, the website doesn't appear to have an updated version.

Is the 200T P4TBA mb capable of soft-powering down?

Also, even after manually powering down, there is an orange light on the right LED. Is that supposed to stay there? I'm guessing it's still in some kind of standby mode?

In the BIOS, under SuperIO, there is a power option with choices like "IR", "Button-only", "Any key", etc. Does this control/affect the powering off capability? Changing to Button-Only doesn't help, neither does changing the power-off option of "4 second delay" to "Instant-off": it's still a 4 second delay while holding onto the power button to turn it off.

ACPI is enabled, if that matters...

For some reason, XP detected my IDeq as a MPS Uniprocessor PC. Couldn't change to an ACPI PC, so I reinstalled XP. Now, it's a ACPI Multiprocessor PC (presumably multi coz of hyperthreading) and it powers off nicely!
