Cool.. been waiting for this.
For my first post, i bring news:

http://www.apple.com/powermac/
new G5s, dual 2.5 at the top, liquid cooled, with an option for a radeon 9800XT.

Apple really should switch to the nvidia 6800 though..  Nvidia usually does much better at openGL performance than ATI.

Liquid cooled, sweet!

2x2.5GHz!! I dont think anyone can deny the powermac to be the most powerful OEM machine anymore!

Wouldnt mind having one of these guys myself. Maybe I can talk my boss into getting one next year as a digitizing machine to replace my dual G4 (the 1.25 ghz with 1.5 gigs of ram and 2 250 SATA harddrives)

I have read the specs on the new G5 and no where do they mention water cooling.  Where did you get that??
There we be 3 models Dual 2.5, Dual 2.0, dual 1.8, and a new single 1.8.
All come with the 9600XT vid card with an option to the Nvidia (or build to order 9800XT).

They also report new Cinema Display units are coming soon in 20", 23" and 30".  Damn imagine a 30", 10" bigger than my 20", that would be huge !!

Dude that is kick ass.  I had not hit the apple site since I posted about the rumor yesterday (busy day at work).

Wonder what type of RMA issues that will cause though??
