Brand new 3801m-300.

where is this whining/squealing sound coming from?
(that doesn't include the headphone buzzing)

When I scroll any webpage up and down i can almost make a tune with the squealing.

after reading everything I'm almost temppted to rip the entire thing apart and insulate all possible spots that have metal to metal contact.
