received a EQ3704 from newegg today.installed parts from my old comp, which worked fine.
athlon xp1800,corsair ddr 256mb x2,deskstar 80g hd,leadtek GF3. installed all parts, turned it on and the HD clicks once and that is about it. blank screen-no post. the tray for cd-rom drive operates. tried clearing cmos a few times, still no post. i noticed the IcyQ system fan dosent operate, plugged in a spare fan i had- it did'nt work either.put the IcyQfan in my main comp, and it works. i guess the fan2 connector is dead. i noticed a 2-pin jumper connector labled jp2 between the main PS connector and the fan2 connector.there is no mention of this in the manual, what is it for??? anyway, is there anything i could have overlooked,or am i just singing the RMA blues?Huh

Hi BeRzErKeR,
This is Lydia at FAE Division of Soltek Computer Inc..
Please check if you have set the SW1 to "Auto-Detect" for the CPU clock. Then clear CMOS data again and power on to see if it boots up (you must plug the power cord into the square-shaped +12V Power Connector as well as the 20-pin main Power connector.)
By the way, it seems that something is wrong with the fan connector for IcyQ fan, we suggest you contact yuor supplier for RMA service.

Thanks and regards,
