This board is new.  I removed it from the sealed box to test it and it works great.

This model is selling on ebay for $20-30, with $10-15 shipping ($30-45 total)(some have sold for less, some for more).

I will sell it here for $37.50 shipped (to 48 states only).  PayPal non-credit card only, please.
