Nobody has a shuttle and a MATX-118 or X-QPack to compare?

I doubt it, Shuttle uses a proprietary layout to prevent their boards and cases from being used with other hardware.

Why would you want to? Half the benefit of an mATX system vs a shuttle is the extra PCI slots and larger selection of mobos at lower costs.

I dont need to upgrade.
