While I do know the difference between radical 'push them into the sea' Arabs and the majority which do not want war, your facts are a bit messed up here. The Arabs could not crush the Israeli economy, nor could they beat them militarily. Most Arab nations already boycott Israeli goods, but its meaningless as Israel's economy is mostly supported by the US(both with federal funds and with favorable terms private banks give them, as well as a huge amount of individual donations). Without US(and EU to a lesser extent) support, Israel would have collapsed decades ago as their economy is not self-sustaining. This is part of the reason attacking the US economy is seen as a valid target by extremists, by doing so it makes it more difficult for us to support their enemy.
As stated by others, militarily not even all Arab nations united(an unlikely scenerio) could defeat Israel as it stands today, and do not forget that Israel has an estimated 70 or so nuclear warheads, a major detterant to total war. It is difficult to attack a nation where every man and woman is part of the armed forces and well trained, and where a third of the population is armed at any given time.
I do not believe the Arab nations could get rid of Israel if they wanted to. Thier only hope of victory is if the US and EU withdraw our support for Israel(Germany is the primary EU supporter). As long as we prop up the socialist economy, and keep selling them weapons cheap(that they purchase with money we either give or loan to them), they will be a power in the middle east. For better or worse.
