www.pricewatch.com isnt a buying service its a price listing with many dealers who cooperate with them to get additional business. When you go to a site that shows another price just mention pricewatch and the price listed and youll get the lower price. Also some of the prices listed are for Phone orders only and you mention pricewatch so call the company that listed the $78 mobo and talk to them and you should be fine.I just bought a hard drive and a tualatin P3 online for great prices using pricewatch and ordering from the individual dealer.make sure they have a warranty and a decent return poilicy before you buy, good luck,CC

you gotta be wary of pricewatch. the dealers that are on the list are NOT moderated, and many of them go cutthroat with each other to get the best listing, or their pricewatch price might not be the same one as on their web site.

usually the prices that are on pricewatch are unrealistically low. They can do all sorts of odd stuff behind the scenes to cut the advertised price, so it's basically buyer beware.

once you find a reseller, check out what others have to say about them at resellerratings.com

Pricewatch has a dealer rating service and I also call the Better Business Bureau and ask about their record but most of the dealers are reputable and look for the better known ones like,
Directron
Tccomputers
essencom
Star Components
Newegg
ocie
as well as others depending on what you order.Always use a credit card and ask for a copy of the transaction you can print out and make sure they send you a tracking number for the shipment.Avoid oem when possible and get products with a full warranty but if there are any problems the credit card company can be a real godsend with their policies on charges, good luck,CC
