i'll just finnish this film and go have a look for that manual.

when you get the pump you get a piece of paper with diagrams. 6 in total i think showing which ways you can and can't use the pump

afair you can use it any way aside from upside down and nozzles pointing downwards but let me varify that for you

What are you watching - Gone with the wind???  :-P

HUGH: what do you say about this solution? 120mm on left panel and 92mm on the front... I also added fillport in top panel.
I had to get rid of that horizontal bracket rods.. there was no room for rad... now it's ok...

I can't really help with what's best for cooling, but it looks really good. It'll turn out great if you don't do anything I did. Have you thought about how the PCI(-E) slots will work?

Thanks. Do you mean that back way out? I will use some back I/O panel from other matx case - I'll buy sth on ebay probably. If not, I'l make myself one of these from acrylic - as easier as it can be cause it would be a lot of cutting...

Are you sure that you need the fan at the drive bays? I think that it would be enough just to make holes (as in the Sugo) in that area. If airflow still isn't enough you could just add the fan later.

Well, not 100% :-) I'm just considering diff options. I know that 92mm fan on the front would break all the harmony on front panel, so not sure. It would cool my hdds, that's for sure. Same like sugo. I will drill some holes in whole case to vent it though.
DO you think that front fan isn't necessary?

You just need a single rounded rectangular hole for the motherboard IO plate don't you? Using a metal PCI slot plate from another case sounds like a good idea but I wouldn't know to fix it onto the acrylic case.

Yeah, it might look iffy, I'l better go with acrylic panel - different color, straight cuts, easy peasy :-)

I can't help but notice all the extra room you are going to have on the front of the case... it's just begging for an LCD...   :cheese:

One of those Alphacool 320x240 LCD's, like on my previous project, would be pretty sweet.

To be honest, I don't think you need it. Think of it this way; you have a acrylic case right. In these cases there are close to zero air intake besides those places that there actually are intake holes. And you have two 120mm fans blowing. I can tell you this that my 120mm fan draws air from everywhere in my case, the holes on the top of the sugo acts as intake rather than exhaust because the amount of air it pushes. Well, it isn't a tornado fan, but since the sugo is not designed for a 120mm fan this is expected, and the fan is in a rather odd place to start with. Bah. My english is bad today. Well, I hope you get the point.

Well, there is a point in there.... But maybe I should stay with that 120mm fan on top left - Don't know how that new 9800GTX will look like - I'm going to keep it with its original fan for a while then to water cool it maybe with that swiftech mcw60 and heatsinks for its ram, so that 120mm fan would be ok to blow on that ram... don't you think? I can turn it off from the panel I'll make, so it can wait for better days, but for now I would like to cut that hole and fit it...
But as you said the front one - expecially that only 92mm can fit there - might not make a huge difference to all air flow. We'll see...

I had to lower level 1 because I had no room for hose between CPU block and PSU.

I also lowered drive cage making smaller gaps between dvd and hdds. It's still ok I guess...

I've ordered couple of things:
* 2x EK G1/4 to 3/8" Short Fitting Barb
* 2x EK G1/4" to 3/8" Hose Tail Barb
* 8x Nylon Hose Clamps 15mm - 17mm
* 5ft TYGON® R-3603 3/8" Laboratory Tubing
* PTFE Thread Sealing Tape

Cost: £21 - Coolercases.co.uk

Short barbs for new CPU block - D-tek fuzion - this block is very high, so I needed low profile barbs for it to fit between mobo and PSU - 60mm gap - should be all fine.
Other barbs are for my Swiftech radiator. I read that nylon hose clamps are very good so ordered some, plus Tygon hose, 5 feet. Not sure if anyone uses that sealing tape, but ordered as well - you never know... ;-)
Slowly I'm gathering all the components.... I have an entry date next week - I will start to build my cube same time I start to upgrade new house.

My acrylic panels returned to acrylic shop because DHL courier had lost looking for my address... :gulp:  DHL sent it back to manufacturer, dump asses. They will send it back again next week. Fingers crossed.

I bought some more stuff today - this time on ebay:
30x 3mm white LEDs
20x 3mm red LEDs
10x 3mm LED socket

All for £9. I will make 2 nice loops with these leds - one loop made of red leds under the cube to iluminate base panel, another loop - white leds to iluminate mobo tray to glow its live edge. 10 red leds will use for front controler, put them in nice chrome sockets. I should get all these stuff next week, wednesday maybe. I will add pics when I get it.

Today came another package - actually it came yesterday, but I didn't catch the post man... I had to run like crazy today to get it and get back fast cause second with acrylic sheet and stuff have to come today from Hindley's...

All the beauties Smiley

I have to say - this hose is very thick and hard to bend! Hmm.. didn't know that.. I'll have about 33mm to bend it under PSU, I hope that this little bend won't make any change to whole cooling system...

Heh.. I couldn't resist and tried new barbs on my new radiator from Specialtech. Guess what? IT DOESN'T F*** FIT !!!
I bought rad from this page here: http://specialtech.co.uk/spshop/customer/product.php?productid=3798&cat=681&page=1 it says it has G1/4 holes. That is why I ordered 1/4 barbs and now I see they are too small!! WTF???
Looks like Specialtech sold me an old rad!!!

Nice to see that you went from seriuos planning to actually buying the raw material. Now, it's excecution time!
And to think there were those who complained that you only posted scetchup images and not doing anything.

Well done, looking forward how you will continue with the build.
