Hello,

I'm planning to change Exhaust fan from my SN25P to Noctua NF-R8 (80x80x25mm). How do i unplug the old fan?

you swing the fan bracket out on it's hinges, (there is a clasp at the top which may be secured with screws, i don't recall) and then lift it off

you then unscrew the fan and stick the new one in its place

I have already tried to swing that fan bracket but its very tight. Should i remove whole ice unit first or is it possible to just remove that exhaust fan? I fear i break whole bracket if i use too much force.

the heatsink must be removed as there is a large plastic shroud that goes around the side of the heatsink
