Multi-touch screen for Linux

Peter Hutterer, a PhD student at the Wearable Computer Lab at the University of South Australia, has released a Beta version of his multicursor modification to the X server windowing system under Linux.

Hehe, I expect it'll be widely available on linux before the year is out (probably sooner).

That's good to hear (read).  Linux is already great for embedded systems, and this opens up even more opportunities.
