Hey everyone. Sorry for not replying but have been busy with my kids.
Ok i tape the bottom side with some silvertape and then something funny happend, one of the smal bolts came of (F#!*ing Epoxy glue) but i manage to tighteen the shroud to the case but the temps still a bit to high.

CPU - 56
System - 50
Motherbooard - 51

Thanks for all the advice and by the way i mailed Shuttle to find out why my processor is showing wrong when ICE fan was conrtolled and the reply fr0om them was.

Dear Shuttle customer,

Please do not use software tools to affect the BIOS SMART FAN
function. Thank you for your understanding.

thats not right, your cpu temp is way too high for having a 120mm fan on it

Got a new reply from shuttle. This is about the standard 80.mm fans not my 120mm.
I asked:
Why should i not use fan controllers for the
ice fan when the temperature is no way near overheating.
My cpu temp are at 54 degrees at full load and 42 degrees on idle
System is on 40-42 full load and 36-40 on idle
Motherboard is on the same as system with 2 degree +/- and these temps
comes with a diffrent and quiter papst fan. (Replaced I.C.E fan.)
Is there some kind of blocking function that makes users not to use
fancontrollers on ice, or can i shut down the smart fan funktion in a
way that doesn't make my cpu showing wrong.

They answered:
Dear Sir,
Please understand that Shuttle will not give any warranty for
technical modified systems. Your new fan could be the reason.

1. The fan control is optimized for our fan, only.
2. "Quiet" fans often uses low RPM, only. This would explain
your high CPU temperatures. Also the fan will not react
    correct at high CPU tempertures.

You cannot disable the SMART FAN.

I don't know but i 54 degrees on CPU temp in my mind ain't to high on full load for an hour.
Well seems like my other idea of the noctua 80 mm fan is the next best for silence airblow.
