Shuttle SD31P XPC Review - Intel Dual Core SFF by Article Admin
It seems like only yesterday that we reviewed the SB95Pv2, the king of Intel based Shuttle XPC. Lo-and-behold, we are faced with the heir to the throne of Intel based Shuttles - SD31P.

This model ups the ante - Intel 945G + ICH7-R chipset which is dual core and EM64T ready. Just in case you have been living under a rock, dual core is basically two CPUs on one chip. In fact, if you view windows hardware settings, you will see two CPUs. On paper, this has unique benefits for programs that support dual core and also for those who use two CPU intensive programs (such as video editing and photograph rendering, for example).
As you will see, there are a lot of similarities between the SD31P and the SB95P.
